Magmalox Brick is also called fused Zircon mullite brick, simply put, magmalox Bricks are based on high alumina bauxite, industrial alumina powder, zircon sand and a small amount of flux Na2O, CaO, according to a certain chemical composition, the ingredients are calculated (the batch should have a suitable particle composition) and after mixing, molding, Drying, pre-burning, crushing and other processes, put into a three-phase electric arc furnace for melting, and then pouring, annealing, quality inspection, and the products obtained.
The raw materials for manufacturing Magmalox Bricks are bauxite, soft clay, zircon, and the mineralizer is magnesium oxide. The ratio of raw materials is: 64.5% of raw bauxite, 23% of soft clay, 12.5% of zircon, and 4.5-5.5% of water. Therefore, the general index of magmalox brick is that the content of Al2O3 is about 73-75%, the content of SiO2 is about 16%, and the content of ZrO2 is about 5.5%.
