Product Information
Zero-expansion silica bricks are also called Fused silica bricks or thermal shock-resistant silica bricks. Zero-expansion silica bricks have good thermal shock stability, soft weight temperature, different physical and chemical indicators, and close to zero expansion rate.
It is mainly used for maintenance of glass kiln and coke oven in hot state. It does not expand at high temperature and has good rapid cooling and rapid heating. The chemical properties of zero-expansion silica bricks are good and stable at high temperature; after repairing the glass melting furnace, there is no impurity pollution, no erosion and peeling phenomenon, and it is reliable for long-term use.
Compared with traditional hot-repair products, zero-expansion silica bricks are easy to use, reduce the labor intensity of operators in harsh environments, and can be repaired during the operation of the glass melting furnace, saving energy and improving economic benefits.
